Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AnJil's Acrobatics website and your registration in our programs. By creating an account or registering a participant, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your province and able to enter a binding agreement to hold an account. If you are registering a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and are authorised to agree to these Terms and to any waiver on their behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account — including emergency contacts and medical information — and for keeping your password confidential. Please tell us promptly if any of it changes.

2. Registration, Bookings and Payment

A place in a program is confirmed when your registration is accepted and any required payment is made. Fees, schedules and program details are as published at the time you register.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Where you save a payment method for recurring fees, you authorise us to charge it for the fees that fall due until you cancel. If a payment fails we will attempt to contact you and may retry the charge; continued non-payment may result in the place being released.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Fees are refundable up to 14 days before the first class.

If we cancel a session or program, you will be offered a credit or a refund for the portion not delivered.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website lawfully, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, disrupt its operation, or upload harmful code. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Assumption of Risk and Waiver

Physical activity carries inherent risk of injury. Where we require a waiver, you must acknowledge the current version before a participant may take part. Acknowledging a waiver online has the same effect as signing it, and we record the version, the name entered, and the date, time and IP address of the acknowledgment.

You agree to tell us of any medical condition that may affect a participant's safe participation.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of this website — text, images, logos, and software — belongs to AnJil's Acrobatics or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnJil's Acrobatics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our programs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, or where conduct puts participants or staff at risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; fees already due remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
